When will my order be processed and despatched?
Online orders received before 11am CST Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day, where practical, and we aim to fulfil all orders within 48 hours, except on weekends and federal holidays.

What will my parcel look like?
Discretion and your privacy are hugely important to us, so your order will be sent to you in a plain box or padded envelope. The AH! YES name will not appear on the outside of the package and the return address label on your package will have no reference to AH! YES.
Non-Contiguous US locations
*Please note that free shipping is not available for orders being delivered to Non-Contiguous US locations (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other US territories).
A flat shipping rate of $20.00 will be applied to all orders shipped to these destinations.
